What is the difference between Butane and Propane?
Butane and Propane are both types of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Butane is typically used for indoor portable heaters and camping stoves, whereas Propane is more suited for outdoor use, including barbecues and heating, as it performs better in colder temperatures.
Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, you do not need to open an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest, but creating an account will make future orders quicker and easier.
When will my order be processed?

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Delivery can usually be made within 7 days from the date of your order and payment.

Do you have a shop where I can collect my order?
We do not have a shop or manned yard for collections, but personal collections can be arranged by prior arrangement. Please call us to schedule a pickup.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to Bude, Hartland, Bideford, Hatherleigh, Okehampton, Launceston, Wadebridge, and everywhere in between.
What are your opening hours?
We are open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. For out-of-hours calls, we have an answering service that is checked regularly.
What is the minimum order for logs?
The minimum order for logs is 2 cubic meters.
